జాతీయ రాజకీయాలకు తన అవసరం కావాల్సి వస్తే దాన్ని గొప్ప గౌరవంగా భావిస్తానని ముఖ్యమంత్రి కల్వకుంట్ల చంద్రశేఖర్‌రావు ప్రకటించారు. దేశానికి ఒక కొత్త దిశానిర్దేశం అవసరమనీ, దేశ ప్రజలు ప్రబలమైన మార్పు కోరుకుంటున్నారని ఆయన అన్నారు. ఏడు దశాబ్దాల కాంగ్రెస్-బీజేపీ పాలనతో ప్రజలు విసిగిపోయారని చెప్పారు. మార్చ్ 3, 2018 న ప్రగతి భవన్లో టీఆర్‌ఎస్ పార్లమెంట్ సభ్యులతో సమావేశం ముగిసాక కేసీఆర్ మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ జాతీయ రాజకీయాలపై తన స్పందనను వ్యక్తపరిచారు. కాంగ్రెస్, బీజేపీ దొందూ దొందేనని దుయ్యబట్టారు. రెండుపార్టీలు మార్చిమార్చి దేశాన్ని పరిపాలిస్తున్నా పథకాల పేర్ల మార్పిడి తప్ప ప్రజలకు, ముఖ్యంగా రైతులకు ఒరిగిందేమీలేదని ఆగ్రహం తెలియపర్చారు. ప్రత్యామ్నాయ రాజకీయ సంఘటన గురించి ప్రస్తావిస్తూ, దేశ రాజకీయాలలో గుణాత్మక మార్పు రావాల్సిన ఆవశ్యకత గురించి జాతీయ స్థాయిలో సంప్రదింపులు జరుపుతున్నానని చెప్పారు. ఆవిర్భవించిన అనతికాలంలోనే అధికారం అందుకున్న రాజకీయ శక్తుల చరిత్ర గురించి ఈ సందర్భంగా గుర్తుచేశారు. ఇప్పటికే ఈ దిశగా ఆలోచనలు కొనసాగుతున్నాయని తానూ జాతీయస్థాయికి వెళ్లాల్సి వస్తే బాజాప్తా పోతామని కుండబద్దలు కొట్టినట్లు స్పష్టం చేసారు.

“దేశంకోసం పనిచేసే హక్కు మాకు లేదా?” అని సీఎం ప్రశ్నించారు. పంటల కనీస మద్దతు ధర ఐదొందలు రూపాయల చొప్పున పెంచాలని కేంద్రాన్ని డిమాండ్‌ చేయాలని టీఆర్‌ఎస్ పార్లమెంటరీ పార్టీ సమావేశంలో నిర్ణయించామని చెప్పారు. మీడియాతో జరిపిన సుదీర్ఘ సంభాషణలో ఆయన దేశంలో గుణాత్మక మార్పు రావాల్సి ఆవశ్యకత గురించి పదేపదే నొక్కిచెప్పారు. ప్రబలమైన ఆవశ్యకత ఉన్నప్పుడు ఎలాంటి మార్పులు వచ్చాయో చరిత్ర చెప్తున్నదని సీఎం కేసీఆర్ అన్నారు. జనతా పార్టీ పుట్టడం…ఎన్నికల్లో స్వీప్ చేయడం రోజుల్లో జరిగింది. ఎన్టీఆర్ స్థాపించిన టీడీపీ కొద్ది నెలల్లోనే స్వీప్ చేసింది. ఇక టీఆర్‌ఎస్ పుట్టిన కొద్ది రోజుల్లోనే పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో స్వీప్ చేసింది. ఎక్కడ ఎప్పుడు ఏం జరుగుతుందో.. ఎలా ప్రారంభమవుతుందో చెప్ప లేం. కానీ సమయం నిర్ణయిస్తుంది. పనిమాత్రం ఆగదు అని పేర్కొన్నారు.

దేశంలో రాజకీయ పరివర్తన తీసుకురావడానికి తనవంతు కృషిచేస్తానని, మార్పు విషయంలో నాయకత్వం వహించాల్సి వస్తే తప్పక ఆలోచిస్తానని స్పష్టంచేశారు. 70 ఏండ్ల స్వతంత్రం తర్వాత కూడా ఇంకా రిజర్వేషన్ల అంశం కేంద్రం వద్ద పెట్టుకోవడం సరైంది కాదని అన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర విభజన చట్టంలో చెప్పిన అనేక అంశాలు ఇప్పటికీ అమలుకాలేదని, దీనిపై కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని నిలదీస్తామని చెప్పారు. కేంద్రం తెలంగాణకు చేసిన మెహర్బానీ ఏమీ లేదని, రాష్ర్టానికి ఉన్న హక్కుగా తప్పితే తెలంగాణకు ఒక్క రూపాయి అదనంగా ఇవ్వలేదని స్పష్టంచేశారు.

సీఎం కేసీఆర్ వెల్లడించిన అభిప్రాయాలు ఆయన మాటల్లోనే....

“రాష్ట్ర విభజన చట్టంలో చెప్పిన అనేక అంశాలు ఇప్పటికీ అమలుకాలేదు. వాటి మీదనే కేంద్రాన్ని పెద్దఎత్తున నిలదీయాలని, పోరాటం చేయాలని నిర్ణయించాం. ఇక రిజర్వేషన్ల విషయం ప్రధానమంత్రి గారికి నేను స్వయంగా చెప్పాను. 70 ఏండ్ల స్వతంత్రం తర్వాత కూడా ఇంకా రిజర్వేషన్ల అంశం కేంద్రం పరిధిలో పెట్టుకోవడం సరికాదని చెప్పాం. అసెంబ్లీ తీర్మానం చేసినప్పుడు కూడా ఈ మాట బలంగా చెప్పి పంపించాం. విద్య, ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు కల్పించే రిజర్వేషన్లు మా రాష్ర్టాల పరిధిలో మేం ఇచ్చుకుంటున్నాం. మేం కేంద్రాన్ని అడుగడం లేదు. కాబట్టి, ఈ అంశం మీ దగ్గర పెట్టుకోవద్దని చెప్పాను. దానిపైన స్పందన లేకపోగా పాతపద్ధతే కొనసాగిస్తామని చెప్తున్నారు. దీనిపైనా పెద్దఎత్తున పోరాటం కొనసాగిస్తాం. రిజర్వేషన్లపై రాజ్యాంగ సవరణ చేయవచ్చనని సుప్రీంకోర్టు చెప్పింది. ఇది పెద్ద విషయం కాదు. కేంద్రం అనుకుంటే ఆర్టికల్ 16 ను సవరించవచ్చు. దీనికి అన్ని రాష్ర్టాలు సపోర్ట్ చేస్తాయి. ఏకగ్రీవంగా బిల్లు పాస్ అయితది. కానీ కేంద్రం తన పెత్తనాన్ని వదులుకోవడానికి సిద్ధంగా లేదు. అసలు రహస్యం ఇదే”.

ఇండస్ట్రియల్ ఇన్సెంటివ్స్ రెండు రాష్ర్టాలకు ఇవ్వాలని విభజన చట్టంలో చెప్పారు. కానీ కంటితుడుపుగా ఒకటో రెండో ఇచ్చారు. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం విభజన చట్టంలో పెట్టింది. వీళ్లు (బీజేపీ) తీసేశారు. విభజన చట్టంలో పేర్కొన్న ప్రకారం ఇండస్ట్రియల్ ఇన్సెంటివ్స్ కొనసాగించాలని పెద్ద ఎత్తున పోరాటం చేస్తం. గ్రామీణ ఉపాధిహామీ పథకాన్ని వ్యవసాయానికి అనుబంధం చేయాలని కూడా మా ఎంపీలు పోరాటం చేస్తరు. ఇవికాకుండా తెలంగాణకు ఇవ్వాల్సిన బయ్యారం ఉక్కు పరిశ్రమ, ఎయిమ్స్, కాజీపేట రైల్వేకోచ్ ఫ్యాక్టరీ, ఐఐఎం, ఇలా అనేకం పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్నయి. వీటిపైన కేంద్రాన్ని నిలదీస్తం”.

“బీజేపీ, కాంగ్రెస్ రెండూ దొందూదొందే. దేశంలో గుణాత్మకమైన మార్పు రావడం లేదు. రావాల్సిన అక్కర ఉన్నది. చాలా సీరియస్‌గా దేశంలో ఏదో ఒకటి జరుగాల్సి ఉంది. 70 ఏండ్ల నుంచి దేశం ఇదే మూసలో పోవాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. దేశ రాజకీయాల్లో అనేక విషయాల్లో ప్రబలమైన మార్పు రావాలి. ఆ మాటకు నేను కట్టుబడి ఉన్న. ఎట్టిపరిస్థితుల్లోనూ టీఆర్‌ఎస్ ఆ స్టాండ్‌మీదనే కొనసాగుతది. దాంట్లో ఎలాంటి అనుమానం వద్దు. మూడో ప్రత్యామ్నాయమా, మరోటా అనేది పక్కనపెడితే ఒకటి వెరీ క్లియర్. దేశ రాజకీయాల్లో గుణాత్మక మార్పు రావాల్సిన అవసరముంది. ప్రజలు దానికోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్నరు. విసిగిపోయారు. 70 సంవత్సరాలు గడిచిపోయినయి. తక్కువ సమయం కాదు. చాలా సుదీర్ఘ సమయం. అందుకే మార్పుకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టబడుతుంది. ఒక ఆరు సంవత్సరాల తక్కువ సమయాన్ని మినహాయిస్తే, మిగిలిన 64 సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తిగా కాంగ్రెస్ లేదా బీజేపీ పాలించాయి. జాతికి వాళ్లు ఏం సమాధానం చెప్తారని నేను సీరియస్‌గా డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్న. 70 ఏండ్ల స్వతంత్ర భారతదేశంలో తాగేందుకు నీళ్లు లేవు. ఇది నిజం కాదా? అబద్ధమా? ఎన్ని రోజులు ఈ స్టోరీలు వింటం? దేశ రాజకీయాల్లో గుణాత్మక మార్పులు రావాల్సి ఉంది. వందశాతం దేశంలో గుణాత్మక మార్పు రావాలనే దానికి నేను కట్టుబడి ఉన్న. దేశంలో ఓ ప్రశ్న వినిపిస్తున్నది. కాంగ్రెస్ పోయింది...బీజేపీ వచ్చింది. కానీ ఏం మార్పు తెచ్చింది? ఏం జరిగింది? పెద్దపెద్ద మాటలు మాట్లాడుతున్నరు. రైతులకేంచేశారో చెప్పండి. ఫలానా పని చేసినమని చెప్పండి. ఎత్తి చూపించే పథకమేందో చెప్పండి. మీరు పెట్టిన కిరీటమేందో చూపండి. రైతుల పంటలకు కనీస మద్దతు ధర ఇవ్వాలని మేం డిమాండు చేసినం. ఇప్పుడున్న ఎమ్మెస్పీకి ఓ ఐదేసి వందలు పెంచండి చూద్దాం”.

“అధికారంలోకి ఎవరొచ్చినా, పథకాల పేరు మార్పు మాత్రమే జరుగుతది. జాతీయ రాజకీయాలకు కేసీఆర్ అవసరమైతే.. దేశం కోసం పనిచేయడం గొప్ప గౌరవంగా భావిస్తాను. దేశానికి ఒక కొత్త దిశానిర్దేశం అవసరం. దేశ ప్రజలు పరివర్తన కోరుకుంటున్నారు. అందుకు వారిని సిద్ధంచేయాలి. గుణాత్మకమైన మార్పురావాలి. అన్ని రంగాల ప్రజలను ఆదుకోవాలి. దేశ రాజకీయాల్లో మార్పురావాలి. అది గుణాత్మకంగా ఉండాలి. జాతీయ రాజకీయాల్లో ఎన్నో మార్పులొచ్చాయి. ప్రబలమైన ఆవశ్యకత ఉన్నపుడు ఎలాంటి మార్పులు జరిగాయో చరిత్రలో ఉన్నాయి. జనతా పార్టీ పుట్టడం, ఎన్నికల్లో స్వీప్‌చేయడం కేవలం కొద్ది రోజుల్లోనే జరిగింది. ఎన్టీఆర్ టీడీపీ స్థాపించిన 10 నెలల్లోనే స్వీప్‌చేసింది. ఇక టీఆర్‌ఎస్ పుట్టిన కొద్ది రోజుల్లోనే పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో స్వీప్ చేసి, అనంతరం తన లక్ష్యాన్ని విజయవంతంగా ముద్దాడింది. ఇవి అందరి మనసులో ఉంది. ఎక్కడ ఎప్పుడు ఏం జరుగుతుందో, ఎలా ప్రారంభమవుతుందో చెప్పలేం. కానీ సమయం నిర్ణయిస్తుంది. పని మాత్రం ఆగదు. జాతీయ రాజకీయాల గురించి ఇప్పటికే ఆలోచనలు కూడా ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. మాట్లాడేవారు మాట్లాడుతున్నారు”.

“ప్రస్తుత రాజకీయ వ్యవస్థ దారుణంగా విఫలమైంది. దేశ రాజకీయాల్లో ప్రబలమైన మార్పు రావాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. ఇందుకు ప్రజల ఆలోచనల్లో కూడా మార్పు రావాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. రాజకీయాల్లో గుణాత్మక మార్పుల కోసం ఎవరితో మాట్లాడాలో వారితో మాట్లాడుతున్నా. థర్డ్‌ఫ్రంట్ అంటరో.. మరో ఫ్రంట్ అంటరో లేక మెయిన్ ఫ్రంట్ కూడా కావొచ్చు. భారత రాజకీయ పరివర్తనలో మార్పు తీసుకరావడానికి నా వంతు ప్రయత్నం చేస్తా. సీపీఎం జాతీయ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి సీతారాం ఏచూరి నాకు వ్యక్తిగత మిత్రుడు. ఆయనతో కలిశా. మాట్లాడా. రాజకీయాల్లో గుణాత్మక మార్పు కోసం కొత్త ప్రయత్నాలు జరుగుతున్నాయి. మార్పు విషయంలో నాయకత్వం వహించాల్సి వస్తే తప్పక ఆలోచిస్తా. జాతీయ రాజకీయాలకు నాయకత్వం వహించే అవకాశం వస్తే తెలంగాణవాదులంతా గర్వపడాలి. ఎప్పటినుంచో తెలంగాణ సాధించాలనే తపన ఉంది. 2001 నుంచి బయటికి వచ్చి పోరాడినం. టీఆర్‌ఎస్ ఏర్పడిన మొదటి ఏడాదే స్థానిక ఎన్నికల్లో క్లీన్‌స్వీప్‌చేశాం. 11 ఏండ్లకు తెలంగాణ సాధించాం. తెలంగాణలో ప్రజలందరూ ప్రభుత్వం అందిస్తున్న సంక్షేమ పథకాల ఫలాలను అనుభవిస్తూ సంతోషంగా ఉన్నారు. ప్రతిపక్ష పార్టీలకు తప్ప ఎవరికీ ఏ ఇబ్బంది లేదు. తెలంగాణ శాంతియుతంగా ఉంది. ప్రాజెక్టుల నిర్మాణాలు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. తెలంగాణలో ప్రజలకు ఏ ఇబ్బంది లేదు. ఆరోగ్యం సహకరించి, భగవంతుడి ఆశీస్సులు ఉంటే దేశ రాజకీయాల్లో ప్రబలమైన మార్పు తీసుకొచ్చేందుకు కృషిచేస్తా. త్వరలోనే ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభమవుతుంది”.

Chief Minister Telangana K Chandrashekhar Rao who called for a qualitative change in politics and announced that he was ready to take on the mantle of leading a political front, is chalking out a program to hold a series of meetings at the All India Level with various organizations, associations, individuals etc shortly.

To begin with CM desires to meet the retired All India Service Officers like IAS, IPS, IFS and IRS who were part of administration of the country at various levels and have had a lot of experience. As these retired officers have seen political developments closely at state and All India level, meeting with them will be highly useful felt CM.

As part of the series of meetings, the Chief Minister would also like to have a meeting with All India Level retired defence (Army, Navy and Airforce) personnel and officers; All India Legal Luminaries and Advocates; All India level Farmers’ associations and associations from all states; Central Services retired officers; Employees Associations of all states etc.

The Chief Minister will also be having meetings with All India Economists and Retired Finance Secretaries of Government of India. These meetings will be followed with meetings with media houses, journalists, industrial houses, labor organizations and so on one after another.

These meetings will be organized in Hyderabad and as well as in cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Calcutta, Bangalore etc.

Brisk work is going on to organize these meetings and lists of various organizations as detailed above are being collected. The CM is busy chalking out the program. Coordination work is going on for the successful conduct of these meetings. The Idea of Chief Minister is that all those who have been thinking about the nation in various ways are to be made participants in the process of qualitative change in politics.

Meanwhile, Ajit Pramod Kumar Jogi, Leader of Janata Congress Chhattisgarh and first Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh telephoned Honourable Chief Minister Telangana Sri K Chandrashekhar Rao, to express his solidarity with the CM on his announcement for a qualitative change in politics. Sri Ajit Jogi told CM KCR that he will be with him in his efforts to form a front at national level and expressed his willingness to join the front. Sri Ajit Jogi also told CM that he successfully spearheaded the separate Telangana movement and achieved the state and proved that he was right. “You have proved to be a great leader and you will also prove to be a great leader in future” complemented Sri Ajit Jogi. Sri Jogi also told CM KCR that he will gather support of likeminded people for the proposed front.

దయాహీనుడైన రావణుడి ఆజ్ఞానుసారం రాక్షసస్త్రీలు తనను అనరాని, వినరాని మాటలంటుంటే, సీతాదేవి సింహం బారినపడ్డ ఏనుగుపిల్లలా వణికిపోయింది. అంతకుముందు రావణాసురుడి బెదిరింపు మాటలను కూడా గుర్తుచేసుకుని, అడవిలోపడి కాపాడేవారులేని ఆడపిల్లలాగా ఏడ్చింది. "విధి నిర్ణయించిన కాలంతీరేవరకు ప్రాణంపోదంటారు పెద్దలు. నావిషయంలో అదే నిజమవుతున్నది. కాలం రాలేదు. రావణాసురుడు నన్నిలా ఎత్తుకొచ్చి, ఈ రాక్షసులబారిన పడవేసి, వాళ్లంటున్న మాటల్తో బాధపడటానికి నేనెంత పాపం చేసానో! సుఖమా లేదాయె! దుఃఖమా అధికమవుతుండే! హృదయం వేయితునకలై పోతుండే! రావణాసురుడు పెట్టే హింసలకు లోబడి బాధపడడం కంటే ఉరిపోసుకుని చావడం మేలు. ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకుంటే నరకానికి పోతారంటారు కాని, ఆ నరకబాధ దీనికంటే తీవ్రమయింది కాదుకదా! రావణుడి ఇష్టప్రకారం నడుచుకుందామంటే, అన్నిబాధలు తప్పించుకుందామంటే, శూద్రుడికి వేదమంత్రం ఉపదేశించే బ్రాహ్మడిలాగా, నేను రాక్షసుడికి మనసీయవచ్చా? రామచంద్రమూర్తికి నామనసు త్రికరణశుధ్ధిగా ధారపోసాను. ఆ మనస్సును ఈ నీచుడికి అర్పించడం మహా దోషం" అని అనుకుంటుంది. (ఒక ఋశీశ్వరుడు శూద్రుడొకడికి వైదిక విధానంలో పితృకర్మ తెలిపి, వాడితో అట్లా చేయించి, రాజపురోహితుడిగా పుట్టినట్లు భారతంలో చెప్పబడింది. అంటే ముముక్షువుకు భగవత్ మంత్రం చెప్పడం నిషేధం కాదు. భక్తి, ప్రపత్తి మార్గంలో మోక్షానికి అందరూ అర్హులే, అధికారులే. చెప్పడం తప్పుకాదు. కాకపోతే, వైదిక కర్మల్లో, శూద్రుడికి అధికారం లేదనీ, ఆవిధానం చెప్పరాదనీ వాల్మీకి భావన)

"శత్రువు సహించలేని పరాక్రమవంతుడైన రాముడు రాకపోతే, గడువు ముగుస్తుండగానే, కోపం పెరిగిన రావణుడు, శస్త్రచికిత్స చేసే వైద్యుడు, గర్భంలో మరణించిన శిశువును కోసితీసేసినట్లే, వాడికత్తులతో నన్ను కోస్తాడుకదా! నిర్భాగ్యురాలైన నాకు, వాడిచ్చిన రెండునెలల గడువులో కూడా కొంతకాలం అప్పుడే గడిచిపోయిందే!" అనుకుంటూ శోకిస్తుంది సీత.

సీతాపరితాపం ఇంకా ఇలా కొనసాగుతుంది:"అయ్యో! జింకవేషంలో వున్న వంచకుడి చేతిలో నాకొరకు, రామలక్ష్మణులు, పిడుగుపాటుకు చచ్చిన సింహాల, వృషభాల జంటలా మరణించారేమో! ఇంతకంటే దుఃఖం ఏముంటుంది? ఈ అనర్ధానికంతటికీ నేనే కారణం. వాళ్లిద్దరూ నన్ను విడిచిపోవడానికి నేనే కారణం గదా! తెలివిమాలి, ఎప్పుడు దురదృష్టంతో, రామలక్ష్మణులను ఎడబాటుచేసుకున్నానో, అప్పుడే మృత్యుదేవత జింకరూపంలో వచ్చి నన్ను మోసగించింది. ఇప్పుడనుకుని ఏం ప్రయోజనం? "జీవాత్మ-పరమాత్మ" లిరువురూ ఎడబాసిన దేహంలాగా అయిపోయానే!"

ఇంకొంచెం కటువుగా ఏంచేసే శక్తిలేనిదానిలా అనుకుంటుంది సీత: "రఘురామా! నీ పూర్వీకుల యోగ్యత, కీర్తి-ప్రతిష్టలు, అలోచించు. సత్యప్రీతిగల నువ్వు వివాహసమయంలో నాకేం ప్రమాణం చేసావు? లోకానికంతటికీ చీకటి రూపుమాపి, అమృతం కురిపించి, అందర్నీ సంతోషపరిచే చంద్రుడిలాంటి ముఖమున్న నీవు నా విషయంలో ఎందుకు సార్ధక నామధేయుడవు కాలేకపోతున్నావో చెప్పు? పొడగాటి చేతులున్న నీకు అందలేని దూరం ఏదైనా వుందా? ప్రపంచానికంతా మేలుకోరే నీవు, నిన్ను విడిచిన నన్ను రక్షించవా? వేరే రక్షించేవారులేరే? నీవు దేనికైనా సమర్ధుడవే కద! ఒక ఆడదాన్నైన నన్ను ఆపదనుండి తప్పించలేవా? ఆసామర్ధ్యం లేదా? యుధ్ధరంగంలో అరివీర భయంకరుడవే? నువ్వే తల్చుకుంటే నీముందర ఈ రాక్షసులు నిలవబడగలరా? ముల్లోకాలలోని అందరినీ రక్షించే దీక్షకలవాడవు కదా! నన్నొక్కదాన్ని రక్షించకపోతే నీవ్రతభంగంకాదా? ఓ కమలలోచనా! ఈ రాక్షసుల్లాగా నువ్వు క్రూరుడివికాదే? దయార్ద్ర దృష్టిగలవాడివే! నాపై ఎందుకు నీ దృష్టి పడలేదు? నీవుసర్వజ్ఞుడివే! నన్నిక్కడ రాక్షసులు బాధించడం నీకు తెలియదా?"

"నీకంటే నాకు వేరే దైవంలేదనీ, నీవే నా దైవమనీ, నిన్ను కొలుస్తున్నాను. నీమాటలు వింటానన్న ఆశతో, రాక్షసుల పరుషవాక్యాలను సహించి వూరుకున్నాను. నీతో శయనించుదామని ఇక్కడ నేలపైన పడుకున్నానే! శ్రీరాముడే నన్ను రక్షిస్తాడన్న ధైర్యంతో, నన్ను నేను రక్షించుకునే ప్రయత్నమేమీ చేయలేదే!. పాతివ్రత్యమన్న తపస్సు తప్ప వేరే ఏమీ అలోచించలేదే! నేను నిర్భాగ్యురాలను కాబట్టి, కృతఘ్నునకు చేసినమేలులాగా అన్నీ వ్యర్ధమైపోయాయి”. (అందుకే, పరమ భక్తులు, ప్రపన్నులు చేయాల్సిందల్లా, భగవత్ చరిత్ర తప్ప వేరేదాని పై దృష్టి నిలపకపోవటమే. దేహ సుఖాలు కోరకూడదు. భగవంతుడే రక్షిస్తాడన్న దృఢ విశ్వాసం కలిగి, తన యోగక్షేమాలకై, తాను పాటుపడకూడదు. స్వతంత్ర బుధ్ధి మానాలని అర్థం)

“నాధా నీకు సంతోషం కలిగించే నా చక్కదనం పోయి, సన్యాసి దేహంలాగా బక్క చిక్కి పాలిపోయింది. ఇలా వుంటే, మునుపటి ప్రేమ వుంటుందో, లేదో! అందంగాలేని నన్ను, వెనుకటిలాగా నీవు ఆదరించక పోయినా, దూరం నుండైనా నిన్ను దర్శించగలనన్న ఆశ కూడా లేదు. నాపుణ్యఫలమంతా వ్యర్ధమైపోయింది. రెండు విధాల చెడ్డ రేవడిలాగా అయ్యాను. పుణ్యకర్మఫలం పోతే పర్వాలేదు. దానికి అంతగా బాధలేదు. కానీ, నన్ను రక్షిస్తుందనీ, వ్యర్ధమైపోదనీ, నిన్ను చేరే తిరుగులేని ఉపాయమనీ నమ్మిన నిర్మలమైన నా పాతివ్రత్యం (భక్తి) కూడా వృధా అయిందే! దానికి    దుఃఖ పడ్తున్నాను”. (దేహం భగవంతుడుం ఆలయమన్న భావనతో అలంకరించుకోవచ్చు. భగవదర్పణం అనుకుంటూ మంచి ఆహారం తీసుకోవచ్చు. స్వబుధ్ధి, స్వప్రయోజనం మటుకు నిషిద్ధం. సన్యాసుల్లాగా దేహాన్ని శుష్కింప చేసుకుని, తపస్సు చేయడం కంటే, గృహస్థ మార్గమే వుత్తమం. అయితే, దానికంటే ఇది కష్టమైన పని. ఇలా వుండలేనివాడే సన్యాసి అవుతాడు. సన్యాసులకు కలిగే బ్రహ్మలోక ప్రాప్తి కంటే వీరికి భగవత్ సాయుజ్య ప్రాప్తి తొందరగా లభిస్తుంది).

"రామచంద్రమూర్తీ! నీవు సత్యసంధుడవు. తండ్రి ఆజ్ఞ ప్రకారం పధ్నాలుగు ఏళ్లు వనవాసం చేసి, లోకం మెప్పు పొంది, అయోధ్యకు తిరిగి పోయి, రాజ్యాభిషేకం చేసుకుని, కృతార్ధుడవై, అనేకమంది సుందరీమణులతో కులుకుతావనుకుంటా! అట్లా చేయకుండా నువ్వెట్లా వుండగలవు? ఇంతరాజ్యం చేస్తూ విదురుడిలాగా, సన్యాసిలాగా వుండడం నీదగ్గరివాళ్లు చూస్తే వూరుకోరు. బలవంతం చేసైనా నీకు పెళ్లి చేస్తారు. నీకు పిల్లనివ్వడానికి ఎందరో రాజులు పోటీపడ్తారు. కాబట్టి నీవు మళ్లీ పెళ్లాడి సంసార సుఖం అనుభవిస్తావనుకుంటా. ఇదంతా సరేకానీ, నీవు ఏకపత్నీవ్రత దీక్ష వున్నవాడివికదా! పట్టిన వ్రతం విడువవే! నీమీద అనురాగమున్న నన్ను ఇక్కడే చావమని చెప్పి, వ్రతభంగం చేసుకుని, మాట తప్పుతావా? అలా చేయకపోతే, నేను నీసుఖం కూడా చెడగొట్టిన దాన్నవుతానుకదా! తాను చెడి, భర్తను చెడగొట్టే నా వంటి నిర్భాగ్యురాలు లోకంలో వుంటుందా?"

"ఎంతటి పాపాత్ములైనా, నీమీద కొంచెం మనసుంచితే శుభం కలుగుతుందికదా! అట్లయితే, చిరకాలం నుండీ దృడంగా నీమీదే మనస్సు నిల్పిన దాన్నికదా నేను. ఎందుకీవిధంగా నశిస్తున్నాను? ఇదినీదోషం కాదు, నాదే! ఎందుకంటే, నేను నియమం తప్పకుండా చేసిన వ్రతాలన్నీ, పుణ్యం కొంచెమే చేసుకున్న దాన్నైనందున, వ్యర్ధమైపోయాయి. ఏమాత్రం అదృష్టమున్న దాన్నైనా, ఇతరుల్లాగా, నిన్నాశ్రయించిన నేనుకూడా బాగుపడకపోయానా? నాదుర్దశకు నేనేకారణం, నీవు కానేకాదు"

"రామచంద్రా! నీవు అయోధ్యకు వెళ్లి, సుఖపడ్తావో, దుఃఖపడ్తావో కాని, దుఃఖపడకుండా, సుఖపడటానికి, నేనుమాత్రం ఏమీ చేయలేని పరిస్థితి నాది. ఇట్టిదాన్ని జీవించి ప్రయోజనం లేదు. ప్రాణం తీసుకుందామంటే, విషమో, కత్తో కావాలికదా! నేనవి ఎక్కడనుండి తేవాలి? ఈ రావణుడింట్లో ఎవరైనా నామీద ద్వేషంతో కానీ, దయతోకానీ, ఇంత విషమో, పదునైన కత్తో ఇచ్చేవారుంటే బాగుంటుంది. ఇస్తే వెంటనే ప్రాణం, తీసుకోవచ్చే!" అని భర్తను నానా విధాలుగా తలచుకుంటూ, దుఃఖంతో కలవరపడ్తూ, నోరు తెరచి, నోరెండేదాకా ఏడుస్తుంది సీత. ఇక బ్రతికి ప్రయోజనం లేదని, పూచిన చెట్టు మొదట్లోకి పోయి, జడచేతుల్లోకి తీసుకుని, ఉరిపోసుకుందామన్న అభిప్రాయానికి వస్తుంది సీత.

ఉరిపోసుకోవటానికి అనుకూలమైన కొమ్మను చేతిలో పట్టుకుని, తన వంశాన్నీ, రామలక్ష్మణులను, స్మరిస్తూ, ఉరిపోసుకుండే ప్రయత్నంలో వుండగా, శోకాన్ని నశింపచేసి, ధైర్యం కలిగించే, శుభశకునాలు మునుపటిలాగానే కనిపిస్తాయి సీతాదేవికి.

            By concluding his speech with “Jai Bharat” addressing a huge gathering that assembled at Pragathi Bhavan on Sunday, the 4^th March 2018, who came there from all over the state to greet KCR for his announcement a day before, that a qualitative change in politics is the need of the hour, CM K Chandrashekhar Rao has signalled his entry in to National Politics and lead a front.  

            CM KCR during his address has expressed his utter displeasure over the Central Government for continuing to keep under its purview key subjects of importance to states. KCR sharpened his attack on the Centre and said New Delhi’s hegemony was being a hurdle to the nation’s development. “Centre needs to take care of foreign affairs, defence and maintenance of national highways. It should focus its attention on issues relating to national security. Subjects like education, health, rural development and others should be completely transferred to States. Every State should be given the freedom to formulate policies depending on its local situation and demographic needs. I will strive hard to bring a change at national level,” he said. “Why should Union government control subjects like rural roads? Why should PM involve in Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, which is related to development of roads in rural areas? What has Prime Minister to do with rural roads? States can handle the subject. Why should Delhi deposit the money of labourers who worked under MGNREGA in various villages across the country?” KCR questioned.

Even reservations for SCs, STs and Minorities should be given to states as they can decide the quota according the population in the respective states said CM KCR. CM said that rule of reservation is an instance where the states could not decide about the quantum of reservations. More than 85% of population in Telangana comprised of SCs, STs, BCs and minorities, but the state could not offer more than 50% reservation. He pointed out that centre is sitting on issues like river water sharing. 

A large excited crowd of supporters who arrived to Pragathi Bhavan, amidst drum beats and dance performances by cultural troupes, shouted slogans of “Desh ka Neta KCR”, marking Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s evolution into a national political leader of reckoning. Thousands of TRS party workers, KCR’s Cabinet colleagues, TRS MLAs, MLCs and MPs were present to witness the event where the CM announced that he was ready to lead a revolution in Indian politics. As the crowd chanted “Desh ka Neta KCR”, the Chief Minister announced that he was ready and geared up to take on the mantle of the leader of a new non-BJP and non-Congress political front.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao addressing the gathering stated that he would soon come up with an agenda for unification of like-minded political forces to put the nation on the path of development. The agenda would be chalked out after consultations with political parties, economists, social scientists, farmers and people from all walks of life, the Chief Minister said, “The change will start from Telangana State,” KCR said.

Revealing that efforts had already begun for unification of non-BJP and non-Congress political forces who were rallying for “qualitative change” in Indian politics, the Chief Minister, in his speech, batted for a truly cooperative federalism in the country where the State governments would be empowered to take policy decisions based on local needs, aspirations and demography.

At the outset, the Chief Minister made it clear that he was not resorting to some political gimmick and reiterated that his call for qualitative change in politics stemmed from the conviction that if the country were to be ruled by either the BJP or the Congress, there would be neither any change in the lives of the people nor would the country move forward on the development path. Pushing hard for decentralisation of authority, the Chief Minister demanded that powers on subjects like education, health, agriculture, urban development and others should be devolved to the States. The Central government should focus on diplomacy, defence, national security and national highways among other national and international issues.

Within hours of CM KCR call for a qualitative change in national politics, several political leaders from across the nation expressed their solidarity with KCR. West Bengal Chief Minister Ms Mamata Banerjee telephoned Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Sunday afternoon.  She conveyed her complete support to CM KCR. She agreed with the opinion of KCR that there is a necessity for qualitative change in country’s politics. “Ham aap se Ek mat hai. Aap ke saath rehinge” (I agree with you. I will work with you) said CM West Bengal Ms Mamata Banerjee. Former Chief Minister Jharkhand Hemanth Soren over phone expressed his solidarity with CM KCR. He welcomed KCR decision to play key role in national politics. MPs from Maharashtra too expressed their support to KCR.

CM KCR who declared that there needs a qualitative change in national politics yesterday has been receiving support from different walks of people. From all parts of Telangana people are reaching Pragathi Bhavan in support of CM statement. Pundits from different temples, representatives of Brahmin community, mullahs and maulvis from different Masjids, representatives of Muslim organizations, Fathers from churches, Christian religious representatives, Sikh religious representatives, employees from RTC, Singareni, power, Banjaras, Tribals, BC representatives and others are reaching Pragathi Bhavan in large numbers to express solidarity with CM for his statement.

AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi extended his support to CM KCR on his decision to enter national politics.

Chief Minister Telangana and TRS President K Chandrashekhar Rao on 3rd March 2018 advocated for the need of a sea change in the country’s political scenario, which has been in a rut for the past 70 years and hinted at he himself leading the emerging alternative. CM came out heavily to advocate that there is a scope for a qualitative change in the country’s politics. He said the present political atmosphere in the country at the national level lacked novelty and innovation in their thinking and working. He believed that the demand for change for the better would come from people and the leadership to bring about such qualitative change would emerge automatically as was done in the past.

Airing serious displeasure over the slow progress in the country during the last 70 years under the governance of either Congress or BJP, as well as the miserable failure of the existing political system, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao felt that a qualitative change in Indian politics is indispensable. The CM addressing a large gathering of local and up-country media in Hyderabad at his camp office Pragathi Bhavan, said that, people in India are totally vexed and are looking for a change as early as possible. Citing the examples of Janata Party formation and its coming to power, NTR’s Telugu Desam formation and coming to power and the formation of TRS Party, achieving separate state for Telangana and then coming to power, CM said that, as and when a necessity arises for a qualitative change in the existing system, the process of evolution will surprise everyone, and this has been proved more than once in this country. “Such a desire for change is very much in the hearts of people in the country. Once it begins it engulfs. Situations and need will give birth to leaders. KCR became a leader during the separate statehood movement. Leaders emerge from the people’s movements and you will witness it in future,” KCR said.

CM said that this would be the unification of people of India and none can prevent. KCR also declared that if he is required by the people to change the national political scenario, he is ready to shoulder the responsibility without any hesitation and would also inform PM Modi beforehand of his intent. CM however, made it crystal clear that he has nothing against Modi or to that matter anybody but only expressing his serious displeasure on the existing political system. CM asserted that “There is big political vacuum in the country and certainly we can set the agenda of the country. Country must march forward in a new direction. We are trying to identify the tools required to cobble up an alliance or consortium of parties minus BJP and Congress.”

Prior to the media meet, CM KCR held a meeting with all the 17 TRS Parliament Members of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha to convey his decision to them for raising the issues of state in both Houses of Parliament vociferously and insist on a positive announcement on the floor of the House by the Government in favor of State. In fact, it was there in this meeting where CM shared his views on the prevailing political situation and the need for a drastic change. CM began his opening remarks by questioning the participant Members of Parliament and eliciting their view, whether there is any possibility to achieve a qualitative change in the country after 70 years of experience with two political systems lead by either Congress or BJP.

CM KCR said, “At any given point of time either NDA lead by BJP or UPA lead by Congress or both on their own have been strong. However, except for change of slogans and changing the names of schemes, there has never been a situation to improve the lot of people at large. In 2004 the union budget was Rs 4 Lakhs Crores and now in 2018 it touched Rs 24 lakh Crores which at the best speaks of an incremental growth, but the economy was not really stirred. The 70 years’ experience of these two systems of Governance, one by BJP and the other by Congress, has been fooling the people. It’s time that people unite to fight this. Wealth is not accumulated in the real sense as it ought to be. It is time that we take the country forward in a tremendous manner. Our services shall be made useful to Indian and national politics.”

CM added that, “Governance means among other things giving power to elected government to collect taxes and distribute the benefit equally among all in an impartial and fair manner to maintain equilibrium. Making very good laws is another power given to Government. Whatever is good for the people must be done. Law shall be uniform throughout the country. Tamil Nadu cannot have the benefit of 62% reservation for 21 long years when it is not allowed for Telangana. There had to be unanimity in governance and among all the States. However, the Centre had been consistently ignoring the State’s demand on empowering the States to enhance reservations. Even BJP-ruled States like Rajasthan were seeking powers to decide reservations in its territory and Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu too were implementing reservations as per their wishes. Is there anywhere mentioned in the Constitution that there shall be only 50% reservations? The issue of reservations shall have to be discussed all over the country. When each state has its own social composition how can their rights be curtailed? I strongly feel that there is a dire need in the country to correct things that went wrong.”

Continuing his spree of thoughts and ideas in the press meet that took place after the meeting with MPs, CM said that, he is ready to play a key role on national political landscape to spearhead an initiative for change to challenge the supremacy of center to ensure every state got its due from union government. CM said that he had harbored ambitions to serve the nation by moving to national politics to bring in some key changes on political landscape of the country and would take an active role for bringing change in national politics in the coming years. “If necessary I will take the leadership at national level. Why not? I am 64 years old. I will be useful to the country for next couple of years if my health permits me” said CM.

While asserting that he would prepare a national alternative sans Congress and BJP, KCR said like-minded leaders from other parties and States were in touch with him. He argued that people were vexed with the goings on at the Centre. “If Congress replaces BJP at the Centre tomorrow, nothing would change except the names of schemes. It is time we put an end to such old practices and laws to pave way for qualitative change in politics,” Chandrashekhar Rao observed. “It happened in the past and it will happen in the future. I have nothing personal against Congress, BJP or leaders of either parties, but I am speaking in the best interests of the nation,” the Chief Minister said.

Answering a spate of questions in his own characteristic style CM KCR said that, “the country has been functioning in a routine manner. People are being cheated. People should be dragged out of this unfortunate vortex. I will do my level best for this. If one tries for a better change, it will be like forest fire. If need be 100 percent I will work for this. Don’t we know Hindi and English? Leave it to me and see the story how it unfolds? I will make all of you proud. At this age, if I am of any use to the nation, I will. Very soon, the background for a qualitative change in India polity will begin. I have 100 percent basis for my proposal. You should be proud if the leadership for the country emerges from Telangana. I will take the initiative for the change. Like-minded people will follow. There is no secrecy in this. While talking about such an important issue, KCR will not move around in disguise. I will do it openly. Don’t we have right to work for the nation and its people?”

On the proposed political alternative at the national level, the CM said,” What is important is not which alternative will emerge but there is a simmering discontent among the people on both the national parties. There is a need for a change in the country’s politics as people are fed up with the present-day alternatives they have. Of the 70 years of independent India, except for five to six years of non-BJP, non-Congress Front, Congress and BJP ruled for 64 years. What is their answer to the country? I am making this demand in all the seriousness. Even after 70 years of independence, there is no water for drinking purposes. We are only utilizing 30 percent of the water resources in the country. Water is being supplied from Northern China to Southern China covering 2400 Kilometers to supply 1600 TMC of water. We have 40,000 TMC of water in the Ganga and Brahmaputra. If we can utilize the water, where is the question of having famine in the country? At the Centre level Laws can be changed and changes can be brought in. But nothing happened. Change in governance at the Centre will merely change names of the schemes. Thus far, nothing else,” the CM elaborated.
