Releasing the book, Potturi garu while appreciating the
efforts put up by me said that the collection of essays in Idée Suparipalana have
brought to the fore the core strengths in the state governance. In the present
context, there is a necessity to have more and more balanced and analytical
writings. Unlike in the past, there is not much is written about the impact of
the government policies and programmes on the people at large. He said that I
had the experience on governance when I worked as faculty at the DR MCR HRD
Institute. “His proximity to the administration and governance has helped him
to observe and examine the policies first hand. In his collection of essays,
Sri Jwala Narasimha Rao has successfully did an unbiased analysis of the
administration and governance in a brilliant style,” Sri Venkateswara Rao, who
also wrote foreword to the book, said.
Prof Ghanta Chakrapani appreciated my efforts for
writing a plethora of subjects on governance and administration without fear or
favour. “He never tried to play it to the gallery nor made any attempt to be in
good books of someone. Whatever he felt he has put in his articles. His long
experience in the administration and governance has given him new sights to
ponder. I also appreciate his way of dealing with the subject matter,” said
Professor Chakrapani. He also felt that there is need for more independent
writers who will analyse polices of the administration in an unbiased manner. “Unfortunately,
these days, when someone takes stand they are labeled. If someone opposed
demonetization, he or she is called anti Modi, if supported they are labelled
as Modi Bhakts. This trend should go and more and more columinsts and writers
should have nonpartisan way,” Prof Chakrapani said.
Sri Mallepally Laxmaiah, while congratulating me for my
book of compilation, appreciated the way the subjects are handled. He also
recalled my regular contributions during the Telangana struggle.
Sri Allam Narayana said despite being the CPRO to the
Chief Minister, I made an attempt to share my thoughts on various aspects of
administration and governance. “As a member of the core team of the CMO, there
are several limitations on Jwala Narasimha Rao. But yet, he opened his mind and
penned his thoughts, without fear of favour. He also stood by what he thought
is right. He did not even hesitate to defend Brahmanism without any
inhibitions. I expect more and more writings from him,” The TSPA Chairman said.
Sri BS Ramulu said that his book and my book will do a
lot of help for the researchers, students, academics to understand how the
aspirations of the people in the Telangana State have become a reality. He
expressed the hope that future generations will take benefit of these books to
under stand the Telangana state and its initial phases.
Juluri Gowri Shankar, the man behind Suparipalana
publication, recalled his association with me. He said that I am able to put
the policies and governance in the right perspective.
